As the Executive Director, Laura is responsible for the overall operation and carries out the mission of Friends of Calwa, Inc. She works closely with the Board of Directors to develop strategic plans and steps to secure volunteers, staff and funding to support our work.

Director of Policy, Advocacy & Communications
As the Director of Policy, Advocacy & Communications, Sandra takes the lead in developing the organization's policy agenda and is responsible for guiding and supporting multi-sector, diverse stakeholder collaboration in order to advance the goals of Friends of Calwa, Inc.
As the Director of Finance, Nerissa is responsible for the financial health of the organization. She is responsible for overseeing the organization's resources via planning and budgeting.
